Flights to Berlin

Air Berlin flight

Luckily most of the major airlines fly directly to Berlin.

The now closed Tegel airport is located in the north of Berlin and is easily accessable from Alexanderplatz within 25mins.

So now that Tegel is closed all international flights arrive at the newly built BER, which used to be called Schönefeld before (the old Schönefeld airport terminal is still in use).

BERis further away from the city center and you will need to plan more time to get there from Alexanderplatz, as you have to walk quite a bit from the S-Bahn station to the terminal.
